Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after your order is placed.
During busy periods, holidays, or high-volume drops, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Time
Most customers receive their order within 5–12 business days after it has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Any applicable shipping fees will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after your order has been shipped.
If your tracking has not updated right away, please allow a little time for the carrier to scan the package into their system.
Incorrect Shipping Address

Respawn Rugs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking information first for the latest updates.
Respawn Rugs is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. However, if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s rules and regulations.
These fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer if charged by the local customs authority.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
